🧒 Even if they do a lot of walking, standing in queues or during parades, children need to let off steam, a moment to themselves where they are free to play, climb and run around as they please.
Disneyland Paris has play areas to suit all ages.
🏰 While there aren’t any on the Walt Disney Studios side, there are two areas in the Disneyland park.
In Adventureland, the Pirates’ Beach awaits princesses and sailors near the caves and Skull Rock.
It is divided into two parts: an area for 3-6 year olds, and an area for 7-9 year olds. They’ll find slides, ropes and a climbing wall to play on and keep fit in a pirate setting.
After discovering Adventureland’s Pirate Beach, head for Frontierland Playground.
In Frontierland, near the Cowboy Cookout Barbecue and past Big Thunder Mountain, we find a play area for little cowboys and mini Indians.
Recommended for children aged 4 to 8, Frontierland Playground offers slides, spring games and climbing in a Wild West setting.
Children must remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents. It is not forbidden for children younger than the age indicated to access the various games with the help of their parents.
Pushchairs, as with the attractions, must remain outside the play area.
🛎 As for Disney hotels, the Cheyenne Hotel also has an outdoor play area for its residents.
Its name: Fort Apache.
Located between the Billy the Kid and Sitting Bull buildings, it is reached by passing through a teepee village.
A small train, surrounded by a fort (inaccessible to children) awaits mini cowboys and little Indians who want to let off steam by climbing and crawling on the various carriages.
Ideal before going to your room or to the restaurant, or after a day of complying with rules and queues in the parks.
This play area is recommended for children aged 2 to 6.
